Project Info:

This project aimed to update the classic BOS interface used by internal employees with a fully customizeable admin dashboard built on Angular. The BOS classic tool gives employees a complete picture of their advisors to assist them with their financial needs.

The UX lead, Business Analyst, PO, and I researched employees within their daily workflow systems and user tested them on Axure prototypes. Based on extensive user research and testing we were able to create an admin dashboard that was clean and easy to use. The team delivered an intuitive experience and received praise for hitting deadline after deadline. We continued to collect feedback from colleagues and I regularly applied feature enhancements and style updates.
