• Designed internal and external client-facing applications while upholding Commonwealth’s visual brand on multiple scrum teams. Teams include C360, Operations, Compliance, Internal CRM, Planning, and the Generalist Agile scrum team.
• Designed and successfully helped launch the Advisor Info Repository application for all internal employees on the Internal CRM team.
• Responsible for designing and launching several applications: Atlas, Janus, Investor360 Secure Message Center, ADVB Brochure Supplement, Surveillance Upload Tool, as well as, a responsive media page.
• Lead discussions on the importance of accessibility, interface audits, documentation, and creating collaborative spaces for the UX team. Met with leaders on using Kanban to manage Design System and accessibility work.
• Helped establish a Design System team and made suggestions to build and test components collaboratively with developers.
• Designed the first Design System layout and worked to document the systems structure and content with team members.

• Developed the Abine website using semantic HTML5, CSS3, Git, and PHP.
• Established compression techniques for images, CSS and JavaScript. Used a Content Delivery Network and monitored performance with New Relic.
• Designed and developed HTML email templates, landing pages and then A/B tested them with our internal testing API created with PHP and Python.
